Oh Fudge! began in the gymnasium of the Trinity School with staff members making and selling handmade fudge at fundraising events. People liked it so much, Trinity decided to market it as a product. In 1994, the business was dubbed Oh Fudge! and production has grown ever since. Baking operations now take place in Joliet, IL.
