Director of Trinity Living Centers
Lisa Dillon is a Program Director for the Trinity Living Centers, an Intermediate Care Facility at Trinity Services, Inc.
Lisa has served in this capacity for the past year and has been employed by Trinity since 1989. As program director, Lisa oversees
three ICF homes which serve 48 individuals with developmental disabilities. Previous to her current position, Lisa served as the Program
Coordinator for the adult services program in Frankfort and an Associate Director for residential services.
Lisa obtained her undergraduate degree from Governor's State University in Psychology in 1997. She then went on to complete her Master's
degree in Organizational Leadership Studies from Lewis University in 2005. Prior experience includes working as a pre-school teacher for
four years and two years at United Cerebral Palsy Center of Will County as a classroom instructor.
Lisa resides in Minooka, Illinois with her husband of 15 years, Dan, daughter Stacey (10), and son, Tyler (6). In the community, Lisa has
served as the Sunday school superintendent at her church and for the past two years volunteered as the assistant coach to the Minooka T-Ball
association. As an avid harmonica player, Lisa is also is an accomplished musician, having recorded a record and toured the United States
and Canada with her family musical group. Recreational interests include camping, hiking, fishing, reading, and quality time with family.
