Director of Staff Development - Trinity School
Program Director Sally Ritchey has a broad variety of responsibilities at Trinity. She manages the Staff Development department, the
school program in Mokena, IL, and the IT department. Sally has served Trinity in many capacities at Trinity since 1992. She has preformed
direct care services as well as managerial roles.
Sally earned a BA in Social Work from College of St. Francis, and an MA in Psychology from the University of Nevada at Reno. She serves on
the Steering Committee of the National Association of QMRPs, and is a Board member for the Council on Quality and Leadership, representing NAQ.
Sally lives in Shorewood, loves to travel, and has lots of stories to tell about her feline friend, Biscuit.
