Director of Employee Services
Sharon Parker, Director of Employee Services, has been with Trinity Services since 1989. Sharon is a licensed Nursing Home
Administrator, with degrees in Nursing, Applied Behavioral Science and Social Work.
Sharon shares her Shorewood, IL, home with two birds and a dog. She successfully raised two children, Robbie and Natasha, and has
one beloved grandchild. Her free time is filled with jewelry making and harmonica playing, among other activities.
In the community, Sharon serves as an elected trustee on the Village of Shorewood Library Board. She holds membership in the
National Association of Social Workers, and Zonta Club of Joliet. In addition, Sharon has served on the Joliet Exchange Club Center
for Child Abuse Advisory Board and has taught parenting classes through the program.
