| Description | A QMRP is responsible for assuring that appropriate services are provided to persons with disabilities by the Community support team, and works in both residential and day program environments.

| Responsibilities | QMRP provides case management, advocacy, and education either personally or through other team members.
|
| Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor's degree in a human service field.
|
| Preferred Qualifications | Excellent organizational skills and values aligned with the mission of the organizationa are necessary.
