| Description | Supports persons with disabilities on the job, teaching and adapting the environment so that increasing levels of independence are achieved. Coaches usually work with people who are starting new jubs, continuing for several months until they reach proficiency.

| Responsibilities | Assist persons with disabilities who are employed in the community or in sheltered settings to learn a variety of jobs, including office cleaning, retail, restaurant, office work, or other type of job. Recommend or create tools that make jobs easier for persons with disabilities to perform, such as written or picture checklists, adapted work processes, etc.

| Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or equivalent
|
| Preferred Qualifications | This postion works well for college students.
