Harvest 5K Walk/Run set for October 2, 2010

Trinity Services is excited to announce its Inaugural Harvest 5K Run/Walk. This event is designed to bring our community together and support Trinity’s mission of helping people with disabilities live full and abundant lives.

Originally founded as a school in Joliet, today Trinity also serves 1,500 people through a wide range of services and supports including residential service, adult learning programs, vocational and supported employment programs, behavioral health services, and the Trinity Autism and Family Resource Center. 2010 also marks Trinity’s 60th Anniversary. We could not do all that we do without the support of our friends and families in our community.

10:30 a.m.-registration begins
11:30 a.m.-Kick-off ceremony, followed by Run/Walk start
12:30 p.m.-Harvest Celebration

Registration fees:
Individual (adult 18 yrs & up): $20
Child (ages-5-17 years) $10
Child (ages 4 & under) FREE

There will be music, concessions, and chip timing for accurate results! Fun children's activities will be available during and after the run.

Courses include a 5K and a 1K walking route.
