Residential Services
Trinity provides group homes, apartments, intermittent supports, and opportunities for shared living host families in this area. Some of the towns or cities where residences are located include Des Plaines, Elk Grove Village, Lombard, Naperville, Rogers Park (in Chicago), Villa Park and Wheeling.
Community Day Services
Also known as day programs, Community Day Services are available in this area. These programs teach participants about basic life skills (e.g., self-care, personal finance, mobility or language) or focus on specific areas of interest (e.g., cooking or gardening).
Health and Well-Being Programs
Unique to Trinity Services, programs that promote overall health and well-being for people receiving services are available throughout the organization. In the Northwest and Western Suburbs, Trinity organizes recreational activities, and people may also benefit from visits to Trinity Northwest's medical clinic or the Trinity Campground.
Behavioral Health Services
For people with behavioral health needs, Trinity Services offers permanent supportive housing, a Community Support Team and crisis prevention services in this area.
