Trinity provides group homes, apartments, the Trinity Living Centers (ICF/DDs), intermittent supports and opportunities for shared living families in this region. Some of the towns or cities where residences are located include Braidwood, Crest Hill, Crete, Elwood, Frankfort, Homer Glen, Joliet, Lockport, Manhattan, Matteson, Mokena, New Lenox, Olympia Fields and Wilmington.

Also known as day programs, a variety of Community Day Services are available in the southwest suburbs. These programs teach participants about basic life skills (e.g., self-care, personal finance, mobility or language) or focus on specific areas of interest (e.g., horticulture, art or cooking).

Unique to Trinity Services, programs that promote overall health and well-being for people receiving services are available throughout the organization. In the southwest suburbs, programs include a social center, a medical clinic, an assistive technology lab, opportunities to visit the Trinity Campground, and more.

Behavioral Health Services

For people with behavioral health needs, Trinity Services offers intensive outpatient programs, the Trinity Counseling Center, crisis prevention services, Community Support Teams, and more.

People served by Trinity Services who are interested in obtaining and/or maintaining competitive community employment may benefit from job placement, job coaching or other services from Trinity's Career Access Network.

For caregivers of people with developmental disabilities in Will and Grundy Counties, Trinity Services offers respite services.

Trinity's school program, located in New Lenox, is available for students ages 3-21, who have autism or severe developmental delays.
